Holding Myself Accountable

So I created this blog several weeks ago and I only have one post. I've been spending too much time thinking about which specific topic I should blog on. I've decided to post on various topics and see what direction it takes on its own. I'm going through a period of positive personal change so I will post on my journey of getting where I want to be in life.  I am much wiser emotionally than I was even four months ago.  My goal is to be both mentally and physically fit.  I will post on the Atkins diet, running, working out and lots of fun stuff, too.  I plan to post everyday.  Welcome to my new and improved life!
